March 27th Mini - Sessions

First, let me just say Thank You to everyone for such a huge response about the mini sessions. They are completely FULL! I keep checking the weather and looks like Saturday will be a nice day - keeping my fingers crossed! Sessions start at 10am. They will be held at UT Gardens. We will be set up at the back end of the gardens, close to the blue pickup truck. If you have any trouble finding me - you can always call me at 660-3291. We will be doing shots around the truck and also around the waterfall. Please feel free to bring Easter baskets, eggs, etc.. that you would like to have in the photographs.

Below is a list of scheduled times. Please check this and make sure your name is listed with the appropriate time, if it is not, please email me as soon as possible so I can correct it. There will be 2 photographers, myself and Kristyn, so you are sure to get many great proofs from your session.

Session fee is $30 - if you wish to purchase a CD of the session, that will be $25.

Mini-Session Info

Hi all, update on the April Mini-sessions. These are going to be held on April 4th, most likely at UT Gardens. If that location changes, I will update the site, but as of now, plan for UT Gardens. Please email me or call me if you want to set up a time for those sessions. The list below tells the open slots that are left. If you are planning on attending and don't see your name on the list, please email me as soon as possible.

Finally, I am having internet troubles and not able to log on to my email until Comcast comes to correct the problem, suppose to be here tomorrow to fix it and I am keeping my fingers crossed that they show up! SENIORS 2009

Seniors! It's not too late to get some senior photos made to share with family and friends before your big graduation day in May. If you are interested in having senior pictures made please contact me to set up an appointment. I will be offering the senior session for $75 - that includes the session and the CD of proofs at location or your choice.

May is rapidly approaching, so book your session soon!

Just a little note.....

Just a little note so that I don't feel like I am neglecting my blog site or my faithful blog readers. Now that it is winter time and cold outside and all of my holiday sessions are finished, life seems to have slowed down a little bit. I did promise a newborn session this week, but the date got rearranged due to work schedules and it is re-set for this coming Monday, so check back then for the sneak peek. Anyone ever wonder what I do with my free time when I am not taking pictures? Well, I recently learned to sew! I know, sounds crazy... but it actually is no where near as hard as I thought it would. Now, of course, I am not an expert.... but I thought, how hard can it be to sew my little girl a dress, or to monogram a t-shirt for her to wear without spending the $60-$70 that they are in the store?? I gave it a try, and much to my surprise I made a dress that is wearable!

I am adding some pictures of some of the things that I have made so far... so what have I made - some dresses, a bunch of monogrammed and appliqued shirts, and some burp cloths for my neighbor who is having a baby in January... take a look at some of them -

First, a little Christmas dress that I made for Sydney

this next one is a dress that I made with some fabric I really like, bright fun colors - 

  

it could also be reversible and the inside of it is fun little polka dots - 

  

this next one is a little corduroy jumper that I made for one of my son's friends. I appliqued her initial on the front and then the inside lining of the dress matches the applique

  

This next dress is one that I did for my neighbors little girl, it was a work in progress in this photo, but since that time has been completed and it turned out really cute

  

Now for the burp cloth sets - nice colorful fabric on one side, really plush nice cotton chenille on the other side, perfect for a new baby! 

  

  

  

So, that's what I have been up to. I will add some photos of the initial applique shirts soon. Of course, I am anxiously awaiting the arrival of Spring when we get back outside for pictures without freezing to death and have some good colorful backgrounds. I will be offering a mini-session date in the Spring, just before Easter for everyone that would like to get Easter pictures. It will most likely just be one day, and I will post that date as soon as I know it. If you are interested, go ahead and email me now so I can reserve a spot for you.

HELLO!!!!

Hello! It has been sooooo long since I have blogged any photos! I am working on that today - wanted to give a quick update first.. if you are waiting on CD's from a previous session, or enlargements, they are on their way to you now. Already in the mail.

Packages that have been ordered, should be arriving to me this week, and then will be sent on to you as soon as I have them. Those include senior packages and free 8x10's from referrals. Memory books have been ordered, due to arrive on December 10th - if you have ordered a memory book, I will contact you as soon as I have them.

Working on now... McBride and Bass. Will have those posted today and hopefully mailed out this afternoon as well.

Weekend sessions for December 6th weekend - I have some spots open Saturday morning, and also Sunday early afternoon. If you are wanting Christmas Card photos and need to book a session, please call me to reserve one of those spots.
